# Economy and risk notice

Xignal is a Web3 game created for entertainment purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Nothing in Xignal, its documentation, website, game economy, $XIGN, digital assets, rewards, Marketplace, or related communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Xignal does not promise or guarantee profits, earnings, asset value, liquidity, rewards, or financial returns of any kind. Digital assets may fluctuate in value or lose their value entirely.

Every player participates independently and is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions, including purchases, transactions, trades, wallet activity, digital assets, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and involve technical, security, smart contract, wallet, and third-party risks.

Game mechanics, rewards, assets, features, and economic parameters may be changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators, developers, contributors, and operators of Xignal are not liable for losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from participation in the game, player decisions, digital asset activity, blockchain interactions, third-party services, or use of Xignal.

> By using Xignal, you acknowledge these risks and participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://xignal.gitbook.io/xignal/gameplay/economy-and-risk-notice.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
